Christmas Delivery
Orders will be shipped the next working day and are sent tracked with DPD. You should receive your order within 1-2 business days. Please order on or before Dec 21 for delivery before Christmas Day.
For all InnovaGoods branded products delivery takes 3-5 business days once dispatched. We would advise ordering before Dec 13 for Christmas delivery but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to seasonal courier volumes.
Product damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of you having received it; email us at support@hng.ie. We will need your Full Name; Specific Order Number related to the items you want to report as damaged; email address; phone number.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason we’re here to help. We offer a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. Refund or replacement Item/Items must not be used, in the original packaging and in the state that you received the item. We don’t take back the product if it has a sign of physical damage and that damage has not been reported to us as damaged in transit within 24 hrs. of receipt by you our customer.
